Refund Policy

At Tais Equipment Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product or service, here’s how we handle refunds:

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

New Products (Equipment & Accessories):
  • Must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Item must be unused and include all manuals and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  • 7 day money back guarantee on our professional arborist chainsaws.This program includes our Top Handle Arborist Saws (CS-271T, CS-303T, CS-355T, CS-361P, CS-2511T and CS-2511P). No other parts or accessories are considered part of this program.
Special Orders:
  • Non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Used or Opened Items:
  • Not eligible for a full refund unless defective.
  • May qualify for store credit at our discretion.

2. Services & Repairs

Service Charges:
  • Diagnostic and labor fees are non-refundable.
  • If we cannot complete a repair, you will not be charged for unused parts.
Warranty Repairs:
  • Covered under manufacturer warranty if applicable.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
